Question by weswcole40: A friend of mine is in jail for two probation violations. What kind of sentence could he get?
A friend of mine is in jail for two probation violations and two drug charges yet to have a verdict from the judge. He turned himself in, to Sacramento county police, for: HS 11378;HS 11377 (two); and a PC487. He has to go to court again and I want to know what kind of time could he be looking at? Will they let him go into a drug rehab. program, or could he be looking at real jail time in the state penitentury? Any help on this question before June 5 would be appreciated.
He has no lawyer.

He will get jail time but probably can give him drug rehab and help while he is in..possible up to 5 years and then probation again once out
