What Are Some Legal Avenues in Arizona to Get Help for an Adult on Drugs?

Question by joycereth: What are some legal avenues in Arizona to get help for an adult on drugs?
My friend’s son who is in his 30’s moved back home because he was evicted from his home. He has no job, is on drugs and my friend is afraid he will wreck her house or harm her or himself if she speaks up to him. In Florida we have the Marchant (spelling) act that lets us call the law for help and have someone put in a rehab program. Not quite an intervention, but similar. What does Arizona have to offer people?
